Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Globaro24 - My Certified Workation platform by companies, self-employed professionals and other organizations or persons acting in a business capacity in the EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. The platform is primarily aimed at business customers.
Globaro24 - My Certified Workation is a digital marketplace for work stays, remote-work accommodation, business retreats, workation offers and related services. Contracts are concluded directly between providers and customers. Globaro24 - My Certified Workation provides the technical infrastructure, information, communication tools and, where applicable, payment processing via integrated third-party providers.
1. Contracting party and scope
Your contracting party is the company of Globaro24 - My Certified Workation assigned to the country of your business seat. These Terms apply to all business use of the platform, including messaging, payment tools, reviews and analytics. Private or purely tourist use is not the subject of this agreement.
2. Registration and business account
A business account is required for booking, publishing or managing offers. Registration must be carried out by an authorized natural person. All information must be accurate, complete and up to date. Globaro24 - My Certified Workation may request proof of identity, business activity or authority to represent the organization.
3. Use of the platform as a provider
Companies, organizations and self-employed professionals may create provider profiles and publish listings. Providers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of their listings and for compliance with all applicable permits, safety, tax and data-protection obligations.
Listings must truthfully describe location, equipment, availability, prices, cancellation rules, suitability for business use and any special conditions. Contracts for accommodation and services are concluded directly between providers and customers.
4. Use of the platform as a customer
Customers use the platform for business-related bookings and are responsible for the persons participating in or accompanying a booking. Bookings must be made with accurate data and in accordance with the published booking conditions.
5. Payment processing and billing
Customers undertake to pay the total price shown at booking. Payouts to providers are made after service provision or according to the booking terms, less any agreed service fees. Providers remain responsible for correct tax treatment and invoicing.
Bookings initiated via Globaro24 - My Certified Workation, including extensions and follow-up bookings within 12 months, must be processed through the platform. Circumventing the platform is prohibited.
6. Reviews and feedback
Reviews must be factual, respectful and based on verified bookings. Manipulation, pressure, fake accounts or incentives for reviews are prohibited. Globaro24 - My Certified Workation may remove unlawful or policy-violating content.
7. Conduct rules and platform use
Users must act professionally, transparently and lawfully. False identities, misleading information, harassment, harmful uploads, automated misuse, scraping, manipulation of security functions or misuse of collected data are prohibited.
8. Cancellations, rebookings and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the listing rules and platform policies. Refunds may be considered in case of material, verifiable defects. Dissatisfaction without an objective defect does not automatically create a refund claim.
9. Liability and responsibility
Globaro24 - My Certified Workation provides the platform infrastructure. Services are provided by providers to customers. Liability for direct damages exists in cases of intent and gross negligence, and without limitation for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical foreseeable damages where legally permissible.
10. Account, suspension and termination
Users may terminate their account at any time via their profile. Globaro24 - My Certified Workation may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts in the event of significant or repeated breaches, problematic reviews, payment issues, manipulation, security risks or prolonged inactivity.
11. Data protection and processing
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the GDPR, applicable national law and the Privacy Policy. Data may be processed for booking, payment, communication, invoicing, legal retention, abuse prevention and service optimization.
12. Conflict resolution and complaints
Conflicts between customers and providers should primarily be resolved directly. Globaro24 - My Certified Workation may provide communication and support functions but does not make legally binding decisions between the parties unless required by law.
13. Governing law, jurisdiction and final provisions
The law of the Republic of Estonia applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions where applicable. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Tallinn, Estonia. Contracting party is Globaro24 - My Certified Workation OĆ with registered office in Estonia.
Globaro24 - My Certified Workation may amend these Terms. Users will be informed of material changes at least 30 days in advance. If no objection is made or the platform continues to be used, the changes are deemed accepted.
